Put HUMANS First

In his unprecedented run for President, Andrew Yang warned us that the robots were coming.

On February 16, 2026, he put it in starker terms: employees have months, not years. Read his Substack article here

A MESSAGE TO EMPLOYERS

If you are an employer who embraces AI but only to the extent it is not a human job killer, please take the pledge and hire away.

Sign, share, and tag us. We want to promote your intact priorities and human-centered approach.

We are entering a new phase in corporate America. You may have noticed a lack of loyalty from your employee base. They may even feel increasingly like enemy combatants. This growing cynicism is not due to the lack of a pension or the loss of the quaint gold watch at retirement. Please. It's the corporate greed asking employees to "do more with less" in the name of corporate profits that do not trickle down. Our society is one where shareholder primacy is in direct conflict with employee wellbeing. It does not have to be this way, but the ubiquitousness of AI tempts most C-suites to double down on greed, forging ahead with "efficiencies" (aka, layoffs). There's also the "FOMO" effect. Yes, C-suite executives have a fear of missing out on a great quarterly earnings call as their peers bask in the sunlight of a post-layoff bump. While some believe the C-suite is filled with originals who answer only to themselves, those who make it to the tippy top of corporate America are often the people who jump when their friends tell them to.

What if you used your power for good? What if you were the leader who motivated employees to work hard for the same (or more!) money, utilizing AI where possible to reduce working hours and enhance family/personal time? Perhaps the stock market could benefit their retirement, regardless of title or level?

What if you changed your employees' lives for the better? What if this made you the leader you always wanted to be?
